With its diverse, fresh ingredients, traditional Vietnamese food is one of the healthiest diets in the world. Nutritious soups, salads, rice and noodle dishes that are the mainstay of Vietnamese food include vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and protein. The Vietnamese usually eat with friends, family and work colleagues. Small numbers of different dishes eaten with chopsticks allows food to be consumed more slowly, which is better for the digestion and for portion control. Ingesting food slowly is better for the digestive system because nutrients are absorbed and used more effectively by our bodies.
The Chopsticks’ cooking classes, taught by our world class chefs, will show you how easy it is to make mouth-watering, nutritious Vietnamese food.
